It is rare nowadays to find a contractor that hits its target in every way at the highest levels. Our experience with Epic could not have been better and they really exceeded out expectations. Joel Seiden was with us from beginning to end and really made a big difference. He is uber professional, very knowledgeable and a great listener who understood what we wanted and let us know - without pressure - what we should consider. He was creative and kept an eye on costs while persuading us why spending a little more would provide outsized benefits. The installation team was also top drawer. They were professional, courteous, unobtrusive and patient with us in the set up, demo and tutorial phases. We could not be happier with our experience, feel like we got a great value and recommend Epic without hesitation
