Waist of time! File your claim, request/get a copy the position statement “employers response” to your charge. After 180 days has passed request “Notice of Right to Sue” letter. Go find a lawyer to help you. EEOC ATL will string you along for years and waist valuable time and tax payers money doing absolutely nothing. The employees at this office make nearly 100k and they sit on their butts doing nothing. Congress need to get rid of the this agency.

Very helpful team here. Everyone was very nice from the time I entered the building until the time I left. Awesome job. Most government agencies are very rude however thanks for being so pleasant and understanding.

I am online everyday for 2 weeks to try to get in interview they keep saying check basically all day I check 3 times A-day I'm hoping that there is a way here in Atlanta that I can get in contact with someone in the building because this here is crazy

I should have listened to everyone else , Get yourself a lawyer and let them deal with EEOC. They will accuse you of lying and be racist , I’m always with someone doing their job but when you’re telling me what I did and you weren’t there also accusing me of lying when you don’t know anything for sure . Yeah , I’m not the one. People are already dealing with enough if they’re in the EEOC And the wait time is long.

The company is very Unorganized, no one never available, you always have a long wait to see someone and when you do see someone they rush you to finish interviewing. I was told after a coworker and directors threatened, harrassed and discriminated against me, to just \simply ignore them\ and maybe they'll stop and go away. The harrassment and discrimination on my job has continued daily so they suggested I contact OSHA. I truly need help. I'm getting an attorney to take my case to a Federal State Court. Good Luck to anyone else.
