I have worked with equinor in several states and they are a extremely professional and safe corporation, but working with equinor in Ohio and West Virginia is extremely different. They preach safety and stop work authority but if you use it you face swift retaliation. They force you to do unsafe practices and if you refuse they will do everything they can to remove you from the location. The communication is horrible you never know what is going on because the company men will not tell you when operations change. Equinor is a incredible corporation in general but if any executives see this post you need to investigate and fix the Ohio/West Virginia branch before something bad happens.
