My boyfriend waited in the waiting room for 4 hours with severe abdominal pain, they took blood work when he got there and THEY LOST IT. They didn’t inform him that it was lost until 4 hours later when he was put in the room. 4.5 hours of waiting and still not one doctor has come in to talk to him. We will NEVER come here again. If you need emergent care, please go anywhere but here. This place is a joke. And I work in healthcare so I’m typically very patient and understanding to other medical facilities. But this is by far the WORST experience we’ve ever had.

My husband was seen there recently for an injury to his right thumb. Everyone we encountered was very thoughtful, compassionate and kind. I especially want to commend the PA, Mr. Moon, for his outstanding treatment.

An immensely important service to have. Folks, look around and see just how many hospitals are in the immediate area, this one definitely needs some polishing but without it, we would be in bad shape.Thanks for all that you do on the daily UM Harford Memorial!

Best emergency center I’ve been to. I’m 9 weeks pregnant and thought we were losing the baby. They saw me immediately, were very nice and professional, were very attentive, and moved as quickly as possible. We were there for 4 hours which included getting seen by multiple nurses and specialists, had an on-call ultrasound specialist drive in, gave blood, etc. They called the next day to check up and make sure I was doing okay. Fantastic ER and recommend it to anyone who has a severe concern and can’t wait to see their physician.
