Even one star is too many for this firewood. I should use this wood to protect my house from fire. Literally nothing gets this wood to light. It is super wet and not at all seasoned or ready to use. We tried burning it the day it was delivered and spent 2 hours trying various methods to get it to light. We light fires all the time and absolutely know what we are doing, but this wood is horrible. Do not make the same mistake we did. Find another service.

I asked for 16 in pieces for my wood stove. This is what I got. No satisfaction from owner.Paid top dollar. Many odd shapes.Inspect before they dump.!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Unbelievably poor service... Unprofessional and Unresponsive. Service order cancelled without warning. No one ever reached out to reschedule the work. After several unreturned calls and messages there has been nothing but silence. When scheduled work I was told 2-3 weeks. Fine 3 weeks later, they needed another week, ok The day the work was to happen - no show! No call or email or text until I reached out to them to find out when they were coming They were going to reach back out to me to reschedule that day... they never did, nor did they respond to calls or text to find out.
