I had repairs done several times at Budget Computer and have been happy with the results and price. The last repair was to replace a cracked screen on my daughter's macbook. Unfortunately the damage was more extensive and we agreed to send the screen back for a refund. I was notified the return was accepted, but after several months I have not received a refund...400. I've contacted Budget several times and have not receive a reply or a refund! If you use Budget Computer, I recommend payment only after service!

Would give zero stars if I could. I took my laptop in to figure out why it wouldn’t boot up and turned out to be a simple motherboard reset. In the process Matt cracked my touch LCD screen and lied about it. Laptop screen had no cracks or defects, we looked at it together when I dropped it off. He then tried to make it seem it was there prior to drop off which it wasn’t and then changed his story saying it cracked when he was “wiping it”. You can’t crack an LCD wiping it! It looks like it was dropped or something thrown at it. Now instead of a 30 issue I have a 150 problem and Matt did not offer to even fix what he broke on my laptop. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they won’t break your screen and lie about it to your face. Update: Fan also not working, owner had disclosed to me that he had applied some thermal compound/putty stuff around the fan and now it won’t even turn on. Laptop fan worked fine prior to this, no idea what this owner did.
