Rhis travel agency is superior, thorough, takes all the time necessary to assure a great vacation. Right there to support you whenever a snag occurs before during and after your vacation. Carla is a great agent.
This place is a joke the only reason they're still standing... Is literally because they're probably one of the last brick-and-mortar travel agencies that you can walk into I regret the day I walked into it I mistakenly gave them one star means hated it I meant to give them zero Stars meaning I will never walk in there again they didn't help and they act like they didn't really know what was going on and on the phone they promise me they had stuff that I could see and they found they had nothing they had nothing for me to lay eyes on in the way of the trip that I was planning so why did they tell me they did don't go in there do it yourself....there it's too disappointing... WORST SERVICE EVER....
Lisa helped us plan or honeymoon getaway. She was extremely knowledgable and very helpful and engaging. She found out what we were looking for, knew things like how rocky the beach was at different resorts and in going through all our options we picked a great resort. Lisa helped us with flights, park and fly out of pitt and reiterated that if there was any problems at all she was just a phone call away.
