Fair! First judge I have ever met that looks at the facts and doesn't just take the police officers word for it. The officer had forgot our encounter it had been so long so she understood that his description may not have been reliable and gave me time and opurtunity to take care of my business not to mention I spoke to a lawyer after the fact and the officer did an illegal stop on me but Her honer didnt let it get that far. And thanks so much to the lady working the window because as the officer walked me in to plead guilty she noticed the issues with the case and possibly saved my license and alot of money. Thank you both sincerely.
