New to Erie. Ordered the newspaper. Was told a 13 week subscription was 35.10. First paper arrived July 9th. Received a bill in the mail today saying the last day for the paper will be August 24th (instead of October 9th)? Called and was transferred to 3 representatives. Same run around. Said they told us we would be receiving 2 'premium' printings (like a puzzle book and some other publication) for 8.50 each and the 17 was deducted from the price we paid for the newspaper so the 'up to 13 weeks' became only about 6!! We didn't ask for any premium offers, nor did we receive them. We didn't even receive any emails from them that they said we could have opted out of the premiums. They also promise to have a manager call me back today, but no call. Very poor way to do business. Fooled me once, shame on you. Won't get to fool me twice.

This used to be a great newspaper but not so much anymore, two day old news and sports plus it's 10:10 AM and still no newspaper and it's been like this for the past week with it showing up at 11 AM and later. We will not be renueing our subscription after this on expires.

This used to be a good newspaper company, but they are charging WAY too much for services I can obtain at a much better price, and the quality has gone downhill. In addition, moving their printing services out of Erie has cost the region precious jobs that benefit our city. Were it not for the fact that they used to be good, I would only give them one star.
