Service WITHOUT a smile. The woman at the counter was so unfriendly and made things so difficult I ended up walking out and driving across town to Sue’s where things were taken care of in 15 minutes.

Kind of rude. Charged me over 200 to do basically nothing. Definitely should have gone somewhere else. Doesn't accept credit cards either which is really stupid. Nobody carries over 200 in CASH on them all the time. A lot of people charge everything to their card. Should seriously consider actually advancing her technology. Literally thought it was going to cost less and had to go all the way to the bank. Didn't give back my papers either. Would never return here and I definitely don't advise others to come here either. Go somewhere where they're more responsible. Edit: Just found out that I never received my title in the mail because she put the WRONG ADDRESS on my title!!! Now I have to go through all the drama of requesting one because she couldn't do her job right!

Very pleasant the four groups of people we're treated professionally and in a timely manner I would definitely recommend the place

Went their in February 2018. First the lady has the worst customer service ever. Second she messed up my title and my mom title. Now I have to pay MORE money to get it corrected because I wrote down mileage and what car it went to but it’s evident she can’t read. I guess if your not a friend of them then they figure they can treat you any kind of way. Lazy and rude. She didn’t even have shoes on her feet.

Not a welcoming person, small counter, trying to wait on more than one person at a time. I had to wait for a title transfer transaction even though I was there first. Wanted a pic of the vin # then charged me 5.00 for Vin verification. Wouldn't go out to the car in their lot. All in all charges 10.00 more than Sue's notary, sure hope I get my new title and not someone elses.
