I just left a very expensive hair salon crying. The stylist did not listen to what I was trying to tell them about my hair it was a mess. I called crying and left a message. Meagan called me right back and immediately asked if I was okay. I told her the dilemma and she said She had just finished her last client and to come right in. She was honest with me, listened to me, and made me feel happy and safe again. She did an amazing job achieving the style I wanted. She now has a life long client. I trust her and that I learned today is the most important thing to have with your stylist. Thank you Moxi for saving the day!

What an amazing Salon. I always leave here feeling refreshed and well taken care of. The staff does an excellent job and you are always treated like a VIP. I can't recommend Mallory enough for her amazing work. Will be coming here for years to come.

Moxi is the best! I see Sara and at each visit I show her a photo of the cut/style/color I want and she executes it perfectly. My latest visit was during the pandemic and the shop was meticulously clean, there was only one other client there at the time and she was at least 15 feet from me, and I was able to remain masked the whole time. Their attention to detail and respect for guidelines put my mind at ease. And my hair is SO DANG CUTE I can't stop checking myself out! Great talent, great vibe, reasonable price and awesome results

She takes the time to ensure that we always take the right steps, even if that means longer appointments, and taking more of her time to get to where I want to be with my hair. Best hair salon in Erie, easily. Sarah and her girls are witches with colors, amazing work. Always get better than what I expect and super easy to communicate with, bonus pts for super cute salon mascot, cricket the dog. I get a lot of compliments on my color which speaks for itself.
