Wouldn’t recommend at all due to health issues with lady dipping strawberries without gloves and no mask during a pandemic and overpriced chocolate that isn’t of good quality. There are many other chocolate places in Erie please make this one your last place to go before checking them all. It’s not worth the price or the time. This company will lie and say they are “checking in on the problem” but never happens as I seen. As you can see from other reviews many would agree with me. Also is moldy for some reason don’t know how much you guys pay the health inspector.

I can not review the chocolate as I went in and noticed the worker had a face shield and no mask. I did not feel comfortable having her germs breathing directly onto what I was going to eat. Mask up, friends, there’s a pandemic going on.

This place isn’t worth the money, most of the chocolate isn’t that good anyways and sometimes it’s moldy which is gross. I recommend going else wear and avoiding this place.

Went here yesterday and bought a candy apple, came home and cut it open and the inside of the apple was black and moldy. Waste of money.

Chocolate-covered strawberries starting molding in less than a day when properly stored. Everything else was good, but because of this, I will not be going back. That is entirely unacceptable. I understand that they are perishable goods, but we've bought dozens of chocolate-covered strawberries and never had an issue where we couldn't eat them literally the next day.

The chocolate was amazing there! Staff was also great. I bought chocolate covered gummy bears and worms, then the woman gave me a handful as a free sample. Will definitely be stopping in again!

I was visiting the mall and decided to come to Rocky Mountain just to give it a tree, I was a little sketched at first due to how low the reviews were but I gave it a chance anyway. It turns out that there is a reason why this place has the lowest ratings, let me explain. 1. That staff was so rude to me and treating me awfully, i'm not sure if they were just having a rough day or they are always grumpy, but today was just not any of their day. 2. It's really pricey, now I know i'm not the only one that complains about the price of this place but it really is bad as it sounds, this is Erie, Pennsylvania, not Los Angeles. 3. If you want to have better chocolate that's cheap with friendly staff, I recommend Pulako's in the Millcreek Plaza or even Romolo's on West 8th. They are both way better then this place.
