Horrible and ignorant management. I do not recommend if it as a first job. I also dont recommend it as a job at all. The manager will take advantage of that. He is terrible at keeping things professional. 2/10 honestly. Do not work there. Also im confused on the diversity of the employees they hire . Let me just tell you there is none. Horribly ran business.

The staff are friendly and they have the best tasting pretzels. I’m not sure why they have two locations in the mall though.

Very bad, slow and rude service. Had to listen to a long rant by the manager after complaining about it and was told not to come back! Went to Aunte Ann's instead and was treated much better. Better product and fast friendly service!
