The staff that work in this office are absolutely horrible!!! They are rude, unprofessional!! They do not do their job correctly - They will process your payment and put it on someone else's payment and then tell you that you are wrong, after the fact that they told me they never even received the check or cashed it. Thank goodness you can get copies of your cleared checks!!! And the only reason they got 1 star from me was because the review wouldn't let me post it until I clicked a star. To bad they didn't have stars that you could minus from!!
