Customer service is always great here. I came in for some last minute snowboard boots and was lucky they had some in my size. They will even heat mold them for you. I recommend calling ahead before you come in though since their selection of snowboarding equipment is limited mid season. The store seems to focus on bikes but I didn't really browse so I can't comment on the selection.

The boyfriend and I went to check out at a bike he had in mind to buy. We got there, we were greeted right away, it was nice. We were helped by a guy named Tony. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and just extremely nice and friendly. It’s cold and rainy out today and Tony let my boyfriend still take the bike out for test ride. Actually he let him take 2 bikes out for a test. One was a Hardtail and the other was a Full Suspension. Both super nice and expensive. Even went above and beyond as to put pedals on the Full Suspension, just so my boyfriend could try it. The whole time, kept friendly attitude and communication was excellent. Plus still helping others, but never let us feel like we were forgotten about or left sitting there for a long period of time. I recommend this place to everyone!! The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Oh! Yes, my boyfriend ended up leaving with a brand new Santa Cruz. Merry Christmas to him! Thanks everyone at Eriks! Cheers, Nina and Eric
Went on a Sunday to find a skateboard. I was looking around with a couple of friends for half an hour, trying boards to find my size. They have a fairly small selection of boards and accessories. They have nothing for roller or inline skating. The entire time was there, we didn't see any employees and no one approached us to help. I wanted to order a board to pickup later, as their selection was pretty limited. I went to various counters and couldn't find an employee anywhere. We gave up and I ordered the board I wanted from another local store. They seem to be focused mainly on bicycles, of which they had a huge selection. So, your mileage may vary depending on what you are looking for.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I work down the street from these guys. They are there for all your cycling needs.
I'm not using my real name for a reason. Decent experience, and GREAT and FRIENDLY staff. However, I'm a beginner. After dropping off at Erik's, I soon found out that you will need to spend at least 600 even though you can get just as good products for cheaper on Amazon or directly from the manufacturer (Schwinn, Giordano, etc). Don't waste hundreds of bucks on bikes that are overpriced. Take my advice.
