Great experience! This is not like AMEX Centurion Lounge, but decent option. So glad to finally have a lounge at Sac Airport. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Value for money: 5 Food Taste: 5 Recommendation: Great to have a lounge option at small airports. Overall great option, worth trying.

3 months after opening, seems they've got the hang of it. Hours are now 5am to 8pm. They've got appetizers, warm food, cold desserts. Good drink variety for a small place. No bathroom. Attendant was very kind, made me feel like home. Food selection was better than some centurion lounges!
We were looking forward to a lounge opening up at SMF and I was thoroughly impressed. I thought I read that the lounge closed at 10 but when we strolled in at 7:30..it was empty. There was no one to check us in.. So after a short wait, I went in and looked for an attendant. I found someone who checked us in and informed us that it closes in 30 minutes. She wasn't rude about it and we really wanted to try it so we said we'll be out after just getting some refreshments. However, we couldn't just leave. They had already done last call which we don't mind because we don't drink but there was still food available. They had braised short rib and IT WAS THE BEST SHORT RIB WE'VE EVER HAD. Better than some of the centurion lounges that I've been to (I'm from Vegas so I've visited LAS a lot). But we're so glad we were able to eat the short rib and wished they were open later. I don't fly as much as I used to.. but when I do, our flights are later at night so I'm a little sad..but welcome to Sacramento, escape lounge! We're so glad to see you!
Great experience! Happen to walk by and stopped in to check it out. Paid the entry fee, and it’s totally worth it! Great selection of food. They have mini hot entrees and cold selection as well. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Their espresso machine was down, but I was still able to get regular drip coffee. The unlimited free vodka tonics I had made up for the broken espresso machine! Great deal to kill a few hours of time before boarding! I travel a lot and will be back for sure!!!!
I usually live this place. I have been many times and the young woman that is there in the morning was awesome. Making sure you had everything you would need. Today December 12th 2019 I arrived and the girl I was used to seeing wasn't there. No problem. I asked the person for a Baileys and coffee. She said they don't have any. It is popular so they run out. I suggested they might order more. She very rudely said I could go out to the bar with a stare down. Are you kidding!!! Cassandra should be retrained to say the least.
I’m very excited to have a lounge at SMF. However, I was hoping for a bit more. There’s not a lot of food options or a lot of seating. There is a bar so that’s a positive. Overall I’m still happy to have these here but had my hopes up a little too high.
I'm really happy with this lounge, I've been here maybe half a dozen times. The food selection is a bit small, but the actual quality is good. The selection isn't much worse than any US domestic airline lounge with better food. Staff are great. It is a great addition to SMF. I wish it had a bathroom, but it is a very small space. I wish the hours were better. It now does open by 5AM, but it closes at 8PM. I wish it was open for the Volaris departure at 11:45PM, particularly as the whole airport is closed then.
