The Escape room was SO much fun and really challenged us! We worked together really well and will have the memories forever. The “game masters” were super sweet and fun. They were extremely helpful in the game and kept it fun. I can’t wait to go back!
Had lots of fun. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All of us had a great time. Would definitely recommend and even re-visit for another room.
Went last night with a group of friends.. well first, let me start out by saying I bought 6 vouchers through Groupon and had forgotten that I purchased them about a month and a half after they had expired. I emailed Escape and explained my situation just to see if there was a possibility of extending the vouchers for a couple months. I wasn't expecting the company to do so as it was my error, but it was worth a shot. Dante emailed me back and said he would grant my request when he got back into the office the next morning. Well the next morning he emailed me back and let me know that he extended my vouchers another 12 months! Now THAT is Customer Service! Already A in my book before I even got into the parking lot. So now last night.. we picked out The Banishing which was very cool. This was our 3rd escape room my friends and I have done, and we plan to do the other two. Sadly we failed The Banishing even though our \House Operator\ (cannot remember her name) was helping us with tiny clues along the way when she did not have to! She was great by the way too! Highly recommend coming here for fun and a team building event! I will come back soon.
My daughter and her friends had a great time at Escape USA for her 10th birthday. Mr. Dante was great he walked the kids through the escape process. The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom and waiting area were clean. Excellent experience.
