I don't know if I just got someone who was unprofessional on the phone but their customer service is not very nice. Today I called concerned because every month my bill keeps increasing. my first month was 25 then 34 now it is 58. I expressed this concern over the phone but the tone of the lady who answered was very rude to me. I got the issue resolved because there were two deliveries in December so that explains the spike in the bill, but jeez I couldn't get a word in without her spitting something back. This has really put me off as a customer. A friend of mine used to use your service and has warned me about you spiking up your prices every month. I'm considering canceling my subscription to your monthly water service. EDIT: Same woman called me back to apologize, explained to me a bit more as to why they told me one thing about billing when I first signed up with them but the raise in prices are saying another. We got it resolved and hopefully billing won't be an issue in the future. Their prices still are a bit much for each bottle but the ease of not having to worry about constantly buying water from the store is worth it.

I am very happy with Culligan Water Cond. of Escondido. We have softening as well as whole house purification for drinking. Our service tech always give's us a heads up when coming out to our home which is very much appreciated. Great Job Culligan of Escondido.

First off Joe my salesman was very nice. The tank exchange is such an awesome innovation in water softeners. franklin my installer was the nicest guy who you can tell really take pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about the product and communicates very well with the process. Can't say enough good things about Colligan of Escondido
