The preview center is for a sales pitch on becoming owners in the Welk Resort properties. Facility is nice. Pool is nice with cabanas for rent, lounge chairs with umbrellas, water slide, splash pad, and small hot pool.

Very pushy sales. I went for what I thought was to tour the resort... for what was supposed to be a 2 hour tour. Turned into a 4.5 hour battle. Was very close to closing a deal due to the sales tactics used despite not wanting to and they told me if I didnt sign then I could never come back. I was there with my 4 month old baby and I pump his breastmilk and needed to get home and also didnt eat that morning and they had zero respect for my time.
Mariano is the best! No pressure.
Mason was fantastic, - we didn't get anything, just because we can't, but would come back and ask for him when we do!
Beautiful!! Top of the hill, next to pool, great views.
