Went into the Escondido Things Remembered store to get wedding flutes. They had several styles to pick from. I got a pair of beautiful ones and had them engraved while I waited. They are splendid! I am totally thrilled with them. Thanks so much.

About the only place to get engraved gifts. Better selection online. They took longer than expected on my gift. Said it would be done same day, waited over an hour, then was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Engraving quality was okay, they probably need to maintain their machine better. There engravings were covered Ina white film that I didn't like, but the guys just said that is the way they are sometimes. When cleaning them though, it started cleaning off and after quite a bit of work, cleaned up fairly well.

Came here last minute gift hunting and they made it possible for us to have the order process and pick up the next day. It was almost closing time and they didnt rush us or made us feel we need to get out of here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My mom loved thr engraved pen I got her. Takes about an hour, so be prepared to hang out for a bit.

Really great gifts to choose from. The only downside is the main lady there is REALLY pushy with her suggestions. At one point she inserted her unwanted oppinion on the plaque i was engraving and ADDED something i didn't want. I told her no and she did it anyways completely disregarding that i had told her no and she still charged me for it. I didn't realize she had did this until afterwards while picking up my gift. Another employee pointed out this isn't the first time she does it. That was really annoying to me and made the buying process a little frustrating with all her unwanted and pushy suggestions. Other than that, the place is nice.
