Customer service was terrible unfortunately...I purchased a dress online and I went in-store to return it. Because I have an account with them I setup the return prior to going online. Well I forgot the online return receipt at home. Instead of the young lady saying no problem I have your account open and can see the receipt number or no worries since you have an account sign in from your phone and click on my orders! Or how about check your email for the return label or order receipt. NOTHING... Well we can do a store credit! CHILD PLEASE not for 193.00 Naw!...She had me stand there with ppl waiting in line 5mins to find this receipt. I grew irritated and wasn't thinking of the scenarios I listed above but then it hit me and I found it. Remember young lady what you're there to do....Assist....What's worst is the store manager was at the other register listening and watching.
