I purchased my new bedroom set from ESF Wholesale Furniture. Deliveries were delayed 3 different times. After delivery and furniture was set up, the delivery people left all the cartons and garbage right outside my front door. Very unprofessional.

Customer service\ hangs up on you if you disagree with them, even before you finish talking (man named Dimitiri). Furniture is very poor quality too.

Really nasty customer service. They hang up on you mid-sentence if you're in disagreement. And poor quality furniture, lasts less than a month.
