They sure need better customer service. I came in & purchase some parts, not all was in stock so I had asked for the parts to be ordered. So they said they would order the parts. Two weeks later I stopped by and no parts were ever ordered, no deposit was asked or down payment. I tried to ask what happened but got no response. The sad thing about it was the Manager was there too and had little to say about the occurrence. I ordered my parts from another dealership and was given service promptly and within reasonable time considering that a large amount of time was lost due to Poor Service at the Power Sports store. I will always do business out of town and not here anymore.
