So I am a first time residential customer of ESP. I needed a foot rail and brackets for a bar in a newly remodel kitchen that we blew down a wall to have it integrate into from another room. Skeptical ordering online for this kind of stuff but my choices locally are like next to nothing. ESP website showed sharp images of materials available and has anything a bar lover needs. I messed up my online order over the weekend by not ordering enough brackets for the rail. I called on Monday and was received professionally & immediately to correct the order. They changed my order by adding on to eliminate additional shipping charges as well. Very frankly, I was surprised and very impressed with the service. We have received the Bronze Oil Rubbed color foot rail and brackets and installation went smooth as all parts fit flawlessly. Packaging was fantastic as there were not scratches etc. Arrived exactly as advertised. Just beautiful addition, actually makes it all come together.... Customer for life here!

Great Long Island company. Ed and his team really know their stuff. The bar foot rail they custom made for my home looks fantastic! Would highly recommend them to anyone.
