I'd called them to find out if they'd repair my 14 year old Starbucks Digital Italia (Saeco). Joe called me back and was super helpful. He told me that it might not be worth repairing this old machine that is leaking as it probably has boiler issues, etc. I asked if he'd be willing to advise me on which new machine to get.
