The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The fragrance of the oils and lotions are delightful. My only problem was choosing the perfect lotion out of the wide selection, but fortunately for me they had sample bottles to try. I purchased the coconut lotion and now apply it daily and have had wonderful results. Definitely high end product for a reasonable price. This is on my must have every day list.
