Customer service rocks but the equipment could use some work. For the price of a rental I expect a decent piece of equipment. Most of the time the tools and equipment are dirty and worn with things that don’t work. The prices are great for a weekend, but they really get you on a short term rental, an hour or two is a fortune. I just wish they would to some upgrades and maybe adjust their delivery fee. I’ll continue to rent from them for sure.
