I’ve been going to this dealership to get the services done on my car for a while now and it’s always been a pleasant experience until recently. The other day I went to take my car in for its routine service and one of their porters began stealing items from my car!!!!! The issue was taken very lightly when I expressed that my belongings were taken. I even brought in proof and the issue still seemed to be swept under the rug. By the time they identified who had been in my car, he was STILL not let go! 0/10 recommendation! I would not refer anyone here after this incident.

I have had nothing but excellent experience at Ettleson Hyundai. I live on the opposite side of Chicago but travel all the way there for sales (last purchase November 2019) and service. They have been straightforward and no hassle to deal with, along with NO up selling of unneeded service. Like I said by far not the closets Hyundai dealer for me, but worth the travel to get there.
