My wife and I chose Rick Case to purchase her 2015 Honda Fit EX. It has been her dream car for a while so we were both really excited about it but didn't know what to expect. It was her first time purchasing from a dealer and Sarah, one of the sales associates there helped us with the purchase of that car. Throughout the entire process Sarah was easy to talk to, personable, fun, and didn't make us feel pressured at all. Perhaps one of Sarah's most admirable traits is her transparency. She was super honest and we really trusted her through the whole car buying experience. We had some early on questions after we purchased the car and the Rick Case Service department took such good care of us and really made me feel like a priority. I work at a dealer so I know how important exceptional customer service is. Overall both my wife and I were super impressed how attentive the Rick Case team was. They made sure everything was right with us and our purchase.

Todd (Sales) went above and beyond to assist me in finding a Type R Civic even though they didn't have one to sell me. Much appreciated! If I ever need another Honda, Rick Case will be my first choice.
I have always received excellent service at Rick Case Honda. The service writers have always take care of me and even did favors for me in the past even if I didn't have all the money for what was needed for my car. I have been coming here for years with this being my third Honda. They always do excellent work, everything is warrantied. I never have a problem with any of the work that the mechanics at Honda do. And the oil changes here are actually more reasonable than going to lube stop or some quick oil change place that uses cheap oil. Plus it's quality synthetic oil that they use and they also use quality Honda parts which last longer than aftermarkets. I purchased a new tire here after I had a flat which is reasonable with every other tire place I called in to at about the same price as everywhere else. And got an alignment and feel comfortable and safe in my 2016 accord with all four brand new tires ready for winter. Thank you honda for always giving your best quality service.
I will not be going back to this dealership. Did not have a good experience with them at all. My car was in service a total of 3 times in a short period of time. Each time it was in there way too long and they could not give me or my insurance any straight answers as to what was going on with it and did not communicate well. Never gave me a loner to use as I was without a car for WEEKS and the 3rd time I brought it to them it was in there for OVER A MONTH!! Still without a rental or loner. Very unhappy with my experience. Thought about trading my car in for a new one but don't even want to deal with them anymore.
