Came in looking for replacement hardware for a phone holder for a bike because the cheap Chinese soft metal hardware stripped. The lady working there with the short grey hair helped me out to her fullest ability and did so with a very pleasant attitude despite knowing I just needed a nut and bolt replacement. I spent less than 3.00 here on hardware but they treated me with respect and like my business with them mattered. I would highly recommend anyone come here for their hardware needs. Thanks a lot for your help today!
