First off, my adult sons think this is the best jerky on the planet. And ask for it as birthday and Christmas gifts. So, their jerky gets mailed to Alaska and Maine! But for everyday meat needs, you can't do better. Prices are comparable or better than most grocery stores. Quality far exceeds grocery store meats. You can buy 1 pork chop or dozens. Cut to the thickness you prefer. They are always accommodating. They do what they do, and they do it well.

We had our hog parts to cure brought here since they offer nitrate free. Was very disappointed with the bacon. WAY, WAY to salty. Told one of the employees when we picked up our beef. They did nothing for me. Customer service where are you?
