Dalworth Restoration hires 3rd party contractors that don't know what they're doing. Had them install laminate hardwood floors after water damage several years ago. To this day I can't believe what terrible of a job they did and I paid them in full. They nailed down a floating floor upstairs. All the trim is cut poorly. They cut the columns I built to fit the floor in. They asked for more trim material because they poorly managed their cuts and wasted material. This place is a joke.

Alex and crew were super awesome! As a first time homeowner I had no idea what to do with all the water damage I had in one of my rooms in my condo caused by leak in a pipe, and it was a scary experience for me. They were very professional, helpful and full of wonderful advice. They came to my rescue and they made me feel better letting me know step by step what the process was going to be in the whole restoration & construction process. I cannot thank them enough, they definitely were my angels in this process, greatly appreciate everything, very thankful & full of gratitude! DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE. I can't stress this enough. They did water mitigation on my house. They said not to worry, they would deal directly with my insurance company. They wanted thousands more than what the insurance was willing to pay. I paid them what the insurance gave me plus my deductible but it did not cover the invoice. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house. They never gave me an estimate for the work. If I had received an estimate, I would have laughed and told them to go away.

Lavarus and his crew were great. I was stressing on how I could clean up the water damage and Lavarus and his team got there and immediately went to work. The worked with State Farm to get the estimates in and completed the work on schedule. Megan and Kelly kept me updated and billing and what was happening. Great group to work with!! Jason McKee was our Superintendent for our home reconstruction and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time we had a question about something, Jason was there to answer or find an answer. Lisa and her contents team were all fantastic people to work with, they helped pack everything in our house and then move it back in and unpack it. I would definitely choose Dalworth again.
