I have been a Tenant@ the Euless location For a very long time and the staff has always been awesome to me. However, Suzanne’ service is exceptional... be it on the telephone or in person. Her assistance and knowledge Today was super when She suggested moving me from one storage to another and I was so happy as the process was flawless and will definitely save some money with this move. I reserved my unit online, went in same day later in the afternoon. Susan had all my paperwork waiting, unit number ready and all I had to do was show my ID sign off on a few things and we were done! Price is where I wanted it to be, we drove down to my unit, it’s clean and plenty of space! Customer service was fast, no hassle and very friendly!
