I like the non contact check in system they have in place. The customer service was great, and the wait time was not bad at all. The representative gave me the direct phone number so if I was still having problems I wouldn't have to go through the automated system to talk to a live person.

This company is sorry I'm not 2 months behind they want over 200 hundred dollars It's not worth it to get screwed over like that but yet I have the best deal yeah right.. can't afford to be taken advantage of. Good bye craptrum

My experience with my spectrum is not good. Our neighborhood has old cables and as many as 4 customers on the same junction box so many times we have trouble with signal loss for short periods of time. When I contact spectrum, they say there's no problem. I guess they aren't having a problem with their signal. Or maybe they just don't care, what would you think?

Sadly, I had to cancel my service since my apartment doesn’t have hookups or something for spectrum. I sadly had to go deal with AT&T instead. But I’ve never had a bad experience any time I’ve come in.

I began service with Spectrum/Time Warner Cable in February 2019. I picked up the equipment at the 2720 TX-121 Suite 100, Euless, TX 76039 location. I received the first bill on or about February 20, 2019, with a due date of March 12, 2019. On or about March 9, 2019 I received a second bill showing the payment due March 12, 2019 was past due. I paid these bills and all future bills received about the 20th of each month so I was paying more than a month in advance. I turned in the equipment on May 5, 2020 at the same location. The bill I received about April 20, 2020, for 143.55, said it was for the billing period April 20, 2020 to May 20, 2020 and due May 6, 2020. That bill was actually for May 20, 2020 to June 20, 2020 since I was paying more than a month in advance. I saved a copy of every bill I received from Spectrum/Time Warner Cable which documents everything I have stated here. CC Better Business Bureau
