Absolutely wonderful people. There were some circumstances out of their control that caused my repair to take rather a lot longer, but they kept me in the communication loop and did all they could. And indeed, it was thanks to their above-and-beyond that got my car fixed in the end. I needed a part that was ridiculously difficult to procure, due to the maker of my car being difficult about it. Bonus: it cost less than I expected it to. Everyone was super professional and very patient, which is important. People waiting on car repairs can tend to be a bit unpleasant, and I'm sure I was a bit annoying. I'm not all about name-dropping, but everyone I had dealings with was wonderful.
