We visited 3B while on a quick weekend trip to Eureka Springs. We rented a Polars Rzr and it was the most fun we had all weekend. We live in Kansas and have used ATVs but Arkansas is another world. No more boring flat ground. Lots of fun hills. There is a nice obstacle course area to get familiar with things and so many different trails. The property is huge. The owners are awesome. Explained everything in great detail. They also didn't start our 2 hour rental until we were actually in the Rzr and after everything was explained instead of at our reserved time like most other places. Such an awesome place. We will definitely be going back for a guided tour so we can see more things and try out more technical trails above our experience level. Go check it out ASAP.

Spent a week camping here. Came to the area to enjoy the sxs - and do some mountain biking in the many local areas. The park was super clean and quiet. Better than many campgrounds I've stayed. Michael and Trish were amazing hosts and took care of our every need, and answered every question. I pull a 40' toy hauler, it was a bit tight to get into our spot, but was very pleased with how level it was and how clean and operational the park is. Enjoyed the trails quite a bit. Had a little of everything
We had a great time at 3B and would highly recommend to anyone. There are tons of trails to explore and its in such a beautiful area. Yhe staff was great. There is a good variety of easier trails as well as more difficult. The equipment is in great shape and is cleaned prior to your rental. New mapping system for your phone really helps you get around. The only recommendation we have is that the map trails are colored to equal the ratings to try and plan out areas to explore. It really was a great time!
We had an amazing time over the weekend and would recommend to anyone. The rzr units met my expectations with climbs and was successful in giving us the rush we were looking for. The trails are tricky at 1st because they can go from easy to extreme quickly if you are not paying attention to the signs and map. Great explanation of the park and the owners are nice to work with. Try them out you'll love it!
Jeep JKU 2012. GREAT PARK, the trails are well maintained and the forest is just beautiful. The owners are super friendly and helpful! Great people. We took the trails behind the camping area which is a lot of ups and downs and also the creek bed. The mapping is decent, but not great. We got lost and couldn't find our way to frame twister. Every trail needs to be named, and every turn off needs a sign. Most trails are marked, but not named so its easy to get lost. LOVED that you can rent razors. That is super cool, and a reason by itself to get out to this park. Would definitely recommend to a friend, but they need to get the map and signs figured out. Please just name each trail, and at every turn off place a sign saying which trail goes which way.
