Looking for a high quality auto body shop with affordable prices? Seriously, stop searching. European Automotive Center is the most professional and courteous one around. Sam, the owner, is a fabulous human being to deal with, and his employees are the best at their job (they definitely know what they are doing). They took great care in dealing with the insurance company to get my car repaired properly! Avoiding the short cuts which results in a re-repair. I never expected the car to be as clean as they gave it back to me. I definitely recommend these people because obviously they are doing everything right. And don't worry about the cost, Sam will work it out somehow that both side leave his shop satisfied.

Totally unprofessional. I paid for and arranged a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle on the dealership's recommendation. I found out through my inspection that they had already sold the car. I was even ready to put down the deposit to hold the car!! They refused to honor the goof-up and pay me back for my inspection fees. Least that they could do to make things right...
