Eustis & Cornell, provided great phone service and poor slow follow through during one of the most difficult times of a family's life. Perhaps our treatment was secondary because we only required a simple cremation. Here are a few examples. 1)\tThe sales call with the owner was fine. Once I choose a package I was passed off, unbeknownst to me to another Funeral Director without an introduction (electronic or phone call). 2)\tLeft multiple messages asking for information, and experienced slow if any responses. Questions such as when our Father’s remains would be ready or promptness regarding the delivery of Certified Death Certificate(s). 3)\tWhat appalled me most was when my Father’s body was taken from the house, we had put a few sentimental mementos in his pocket, including a dog biscuit. My Father’s dog was nudging his pocket, (as normal) and the man from Eustis & Cornell took the dog biscuit out of my Father's pocket, in front of me and gave it to the dog. It made me wonder if the other items sent with my Father were randomly taken out and in-discretionally discarded. 4)\tThere was also a situation where the electronic contract containing all of our family information was sent to an incorrect email address. Fortunately, a family member caught the error.

Excellent service throughout an irregular process and emotional situation. Special thanks to Karenlee, our assisting staff person for picking up the details, following through, and keeping us informed. Could not have asked for more.

Joe Markey did a great job in such a sad time for our family. He made sure that everything was done as we requested.

When our father passed away, my brothers and I were faced with the task of how to make his last wishes come to fruition for his Celebration of Life. Jason and his associates made the experience easy and seamless. Being a smaller funeral home was great as all the focus was on just our father’s visitors and services. They went above and beyond our expectations through cremation, professional slide presentation of his life and so much more. They are extremely professional and compassionate. We know our father would be extremely pleased with his final send off and celebration of his life. The Delaney Family

Follow up on every single detail, don't leave anything to chance on the assumption that it's being taken care of. And whatever you do, don't give out your email! I've gotten 10-15 followups for reviews, ratings, requests to record things on the website, questions about how I'm doing. This has been going on for two months. Unnecessary! Otherwise fine.
