I first met Eva and Johnny as business contacts but it didn't take long to learn about the passion they have for their products. We have their Eva Olive Oil Organic and have now used it for a few different recipes. In pasta with broccoli and parmesan, fresh bread dipping straight from the bottle, a lemon and garlic chicken dish, and a simple oil and vinegar dressing over a mixed green salad. We're looking forward to them being at the Apopka Farmers Market on Thursdays, and wish them luck in establishing and hopefully expanding their product line. 100% give them a chance!
Since discovering this olive oil and talking to the owner about what it takes to make authentic oil, this is now the only oil I trust and will for use my family.
