Bunting was great, but for some odd reason we are having to call to get our trash picked up and we are lucky if it happens twice a month. Yet they are still charging us for a full month. It would be nice if someone there would communicate what is going on especially on windy days. Not very happy with our current non service. The account is at 625 39th Ave and, the new route driver just kept cruising by again today. 1/12/21 please ask him to come back

Update: We spoke with Bunting Disposal and determined their policy has changed and only two trashcans were allowed and for the bags there is an additional charge. We discussed that the heavier trash pieces were divided the into smaller portions of bags so the can was not to heavy. It seems resolved so I will change my original 1 star to a 4 star. Original Post: First, I have used Bunting for 9 years now and this is the first time I have had an issue. I noticed last week the trash cans were dumped but trash bags were not picked up, I called and asked for them to return and pickup the bags. I never received a call back and the bags were still there all week. Today the again the bag were left. Seems like this is the place to discuss the issue since they do not call back.
The drivers are courteous and have never left a mess. I like supporting family run businesses instead of huge corporations. Whenever I call I get very friendly office personnel.
I truly appreciate the customer service they provide. I was a customer of northern colorado disposal for many years prior to waste managements buy out. Once waste management took over the lack of customer service was disheartening. Their drivers and collectors were still kind and helpful, but the rest of their company has been less than helpful. I ended up making the switch to bunting because they are a locally owned and operated company. When they delivered my trash and recycling bins, they did not leave them by the curb, they took the time to walk them up my driveway and place them next to my garage. Also, when it came time to pick up my bins on collection day, they not only were prompt with their service, but they didn't just leave my bins in the street as waste management had done, they took the time to neatly place them up along the side of my driveway so they were not in the road or blocking the sidewalk. Anytime I have needed anything from them, they promptly answer the phone and address any concerns or questions with a happy and grateful attitude. I would recommend their business to anyone who asks!
Very dirty area below and around ALL bins at my local neighborhood. I've called many times in the past 2 weeks to ensure cleanup and they have yet to clean any of the area up. As you can see in photo #4 there is an entire window of glass on the ground which we have called for 2 weeks in a row now, every other night, and no one has cleaned it up. If it has to be us we will be sending you a bill for 54 for clean-up and removal. Photo number 9 has not been picked up in 3 full days. We, neighborhood watch, are trying to keep our area clean and trash / can free. We are trying to improve the look of our local area.. this is a dent in that process. We have already cleaned the dumpster areas twice with brooms.. no one else wants to clean the areas around the bins.. that's what you're paid for.. trash removal.
