Great Moving Experience! I pulled in to Storage Made EZ and found a sign at the door to give the office a call. I was promptly greated by GUY on the other end of the phone. He mentioned they were working remotely as a result of COVID-19 at the time, that he could see me through the camera at which I promptly waved at. He listened to my needs and got me into the unit I needed right away! It had been snowing, the property was well plowed, was even extended the courtesy of having the front of my unit shoveled before move in since it had snowed since they last plowed, which I declined. I 100% encourage you to rent from this office! I later on obtained a follow up e-mail regarding my move in. It was signed buy Gaetano (Guy). I have made sure to let my co workers, soldiers and friends know of my positive experience with Storage Made EZ, and will continue to recommend your facility during the remaining stay here at Fort Drum. THANK YOU.

10/10 would recommend this storage facility. Helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Great advice given on type of storage best suited for my belongings. Conveniently located right outside base. Military/deployment specials. We’re incredibly flexible when we had to change our truck reservation on multiple occasions. Everything done through email and text.
Sign up was quick. They are super supportive of military and helped out with other things. Highly recommend. Staff was amazing. Customer service in this area sucks, but this group here blew my mind with their professionalism and support.
