Very friendly and knowledgeable !!! Took a Kirby in for a replacement belt. Paul showed me the belt was installed correctly. He corrected the belt install and it is working again . Great customer service!!

I had a holiday 911 Wednesday before Thanksgiving as my vac wouldn’t work. I raced from Burleson to my trusted Evans on Camp Bowie. They’ve helped me several times through the years. I explained the urgency and they dropped everything to check it out. He even allowed me in the back area as he took it apart. He was able to fix it on the spot for only 38 and saved the day!! I know all fixes aren’t that cheap, but this is about how they understood my anxiety and took my vacuum in as if it were an ER. Always honest and dependable perfection. Thanks guys!!
