Both, Roy and Dahlia were honestly amazing ! Roy without hesitation accommodated my storage move when I needed a bigger unit ... & Dahlia was so alert when I had customers picking up furniture... she made sure she watched our every move to ensure my safety since I wasn’t too acquainted with the customers... I appreciate the customer service and the communication at this location. Thank You! If ever I need a storage unit, I’ll be sure to come back here ..

The manager at the Skokie Facility, Roy, is fantastic. He has done a superior job of helping us out over the last 5 years. We would recommend this facility based solely on his customer service. On top of that, the facility is clean, well-kept, and convenient.

The people are great and helpful. The space is bright, clean and perfectly maintained. There are enough carts and they are well maintained. We were storing wine and needed the temperature to be maintained and it was. The cream of the storage crop!!
