Like a lot of parents, we only really discovered issues with our child once we were all inhabiting the same space 24/7. We were referred to NSPT by our pediatrician and I didn't know what to expect. David, the intake coordinator was fantastic about setting expectations and making sure I had the proper forms ready to go for the first visit. Our first evaluation with Emina was wonderful. She was kind, gentle and listened to my concerns. My son was in great hands with her. The facility was COVID-19 protocol compliant and the spaces were welcoming. I'm so pleased with our experience and highly recommend NSPT.

Some of the staff are unprofessional and disorganized! They have a negative attitude which ultimately leads to a negative work environment, and is not conducive to healing. We were planning on getting therapy for our kids here, and based on the negative experience we’ve encountered with some of their staff, we feel that we’ve dodged a bullet. Their attitude seems to be “you, (the patient) are lucky to get services with us” possibly because they feel they are a big fish in a small pond. The fact is there are many kind and genuine independent therapists in Chicago, and in the greater Chicago area, who actually care about helping their patients. We won’t recommend this institution.
