Carmen was amazing at the travel clinic. She was on time, provided a lot of helpful information about precautions to take in India. I thought I had made 2 appointments for my son and I and had only made one. The clinic graciously added another slot in, 5min before the appointment. she also gave us both our shots and we barely felt the. Will definitely return to this clinic in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Carmen from Passport Health in Evanston. She was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision about what immunizations to get before travelling abroad to Europe, Morocco and India. She was also excellent at administering the shots, themselves - I hardly felt a thing. Highly recommended.

I want to make it clear for other users. \Passport Health Evanston Vaccine Clinic\ does not provide vaccinations! All they do is to give travel consultations. To get vaccinated, you have to make appointment somewhere else. I'v learned that the hard way driving from Des Plaines to Evanston and missing a chance to get vaccinated before my trip. Oh yes, the lady was nice and that's she is getting one star.

The whole experience was great. Jeanette made it very lighthearted and informed me on every possible situation and prescription/vaccination available, recommending the most reasonable for the amount of time you will be abroad. I will definitely come back here on my next trip knowing that I was given the most honest and knowledgeable information available.

We came for advice on how to travel in high altitude countries with a toddler. The nurse told us to give our daughter medicine every day as a precaution. After asking to speak with a doctor, he told us that we should not give any medicine to a child below 90 pounds. In our opinion, the nurse should not give advice if she isn’t sure but rather consult with a doctor right away.
