The staff is responsive, friendly and professional. The caretaker, E, is compassionate, kind, and a hard worker for my parent who has Parkinson's. E has truly become a part of the family. I recommend Senior Helpers!

I am so happy I found this Organization to help take care of my Mom. All of the Helpers are wonderful and because of them my Mom is able to continue living in her own home. I live in Texas and my Mom lives in Evanston, IL. I would highly recommend.
Jonathan (the owner) and Sola (senior staff and scheduler) have been outstanding to work with -- responsive on non-business hours, thoughtful, caring, experienced. They really work hard to provide an outstanding service. Its a stressful experience to help a parent find care, and they went over and above to help make it smooth.
Senior Helpers Wilmette-Evanston has been involved in my parent’s care seven days a week for the last two and a half years. My father’s needs are many given his advancing Parkinson’s and other serious problems. On top of that, my mother can be particular and also needs assistance. Jonathan, Cody, Gracie and the Senior Helpers team go out of their way for mom, dad and the family. It’s a great team with wonderful caregivers; we recommend Senior Helpers! There has never been one minute where by parents were with care during all of this time. there have been times when my mom has not liked a particular person (she's not the easiest person to deal with) and Senior Helpers has always been very responsive in replacing them immediately without question.
