I've been a member of this church since 1992-2012. I moved to Glenview and didn't have transportation to get there (buses do not run on weekends in the outer suburbs). So I started attending a different church....but when able to get a ride now and again definitely would go and attend. They've been like a big family to me, worship service is amazing, the pastor's are heaven sent and the congregation is so welcoming to everyone. And they have great services for the little ones as well (along with daycare services). There are bible study groups you can attend as well. You can join the choir (I loved being in the choir! I felt blessed singing to the Lord and praising Him. It felt like I was also connecting with the congregation by singing is praises and truth through the music. I'm back in the city and it's easier to get there by public transportation. They have two services: 9:30am and 11:30am. Also, have activities during the week and weekends (for families, teens, or just adults).

I called this my home church and couldn't be more proud of it. My wife and I have appreciated the leadership as we have been able to connect with some of them. Being a larger church this is specially important to us. I absolutely like the diversity in having people coming from 50 nations as an immigrant myself. Yes, it's not a perfect church as there might be some room for growth in terms of building more community and growing in Bible literacy but there are other very positive strengths like the sincerity of people's faith, a passion for the Holy Spirit, a place for spiritual healing, women in leadership and much more.

I appreciate the church, the pastors, the gospel, , that is preached , the way they reach out to serve the community. I also enjoy the coffee and bagels that are served between services_ it is a help for those of us who are not morning.people. . .....
