I came in with a check engine light. I talked to Derek in the service department. He told me I needed a new catalytic converter. They had one in stock but it was 1800 to put it in. On my behalf he asked the company to do it for free even though the car was past warranty by 20,000 miles. They did fix it for free, gave me loaner car while they fixed it. They also fixed it quickly. I will continue to be a Kia customer and my next car will be a Kia.

Got me right in asked to make sure they reset computer they said o yes we did sir start leaving to drive 2 hrs back home and look at computer nope they didnt reset it lol so everyone makes mistakes now I have to find out how to reset it
Always have a pleasant experience with the service and parts center. I always come here to get my oil changed and needed help getting my car remote apart because the battery was dying, Travis was very kind and helped replace the battery for me. Highly recommend the service department.
They worked on my car and washed it for me . when I got home later that even I went to store that is when my handicap tag was gone. Call them and no one called me back it was like it didn't happen. I had back surgery in 2015 and now I am on disability with my tag gone I have to park further away.
Don Pokorney sold us a 2020 Kia Sportage, a trade in with a Subaru. He was absolutely kind and fair and made it the best ever car purchase in my 53 years of driving. S. Draper did the paperwork and it couldn't have been smoother. They have the most honest car dealership I have seen in years. Thanks for a great value, a great car and new friendships. (I just wish they made trucks so I could trade mine in now!)
