One of the most trashy & disgusting companies I have ever been inside of!! I can not believe that this is a facility that food grade products even enter. The building is infested with roaches and fleas, many employees complain of being bit numerously. The President, Plant manager, asst. Plant manager and Office Manager are apparently not required to wear hair guards around food grade products. The President as well as \Management\ are repeatedly prejudice, sexist, racist, distasteful and disrespectful towards the employees. They use humiliation, intimidation and lewd tactics to verbally and mentally manipulate those they see unfavorable. This is not a equal opportunity employer that does not provide any benefits or chance to advance in the company. I would not recommend this employer to my worst enemy.
