The boys loved it, wheelchair accessible parking and building for me. 17 per person, 21 with socks(u must have) for an hour of play. Mask not required, though we wore them. Clean and roomy facility.

We traveled over an hour for our children ro use their xmas gift of trying this place out. They were so excited. Online it said thay opened at 3pm-8pm, the sign outside at 6h pm said open.my children and I were so disappointed. WHAT A HORRIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT THIS PLACE IS.....
Very knowledgeable friendly staff. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Very safe environment seeing officer on duty was also more comforting leaving Teenagers in mixed group of ages late at night. Loved the new design of equipment and activities as well. Very clean and managed well. Kudos to the entire team! Loved it ! We definitely be coming back!
Kids loved it and they were exhausted by the time we left. Only bad part was young adults that didn't allow me to sit even though it was obvious by the boot on my foot I should be. That didn't have anything to do with the facility.

The place is very fun for kids and grown ups alike. All i ask is to find some way to get more air conditioning in the place. After like an hour or more of jumping, ya start to get really hot. Other than that, great experience once again Sky Zone!
I would rate this place a zero if it was possible. The 7 of us wasn't made to sign any waivers and a 35 year old 200 pound man was allowed to do a flip into the foam pit with around 50 small kids which ended with my son's arm being broke in 3 spots due to the grown man landing on him. While we waited for an ambulance none of the employees came to check on my 6 year old.
Fun for kids. Always busy, though, during bad weather, as families look for something to do. Has rock climbing walls, various fun activities for kids of all ages. I like that they have safety videos for first time visitors, too
